Calm During Activation - Stress Resilience Training

This practice is to teach you how to remain calm, even during stressful times.

Through intentional movement, journaling, breathwork, and sound, we’ll explore how to regulate the nervous system while the body is activated—whether in physical effort or moments of stress, overwhelm, or fight-or-flight.

We’ll begin with a quick journal exercise and then move into grounding breath awareness and guided meditation, gently bringing attention to sensations within the body. From this space, you’ll be invited to acknowledge and release what no longer serves you—with presence, compassion, and intention.

Tap into your Inner Fire - the divine Feminine

This is a guided journey into presence, release, and embodied feminine energy. Through breath, movement, sound, and stillness you will be invited to reconnect with your body, soften the heart, and awaken your inner fire.

We begin with grounding and introduction, followed by reflective journaling to discover what you are carrying and call in what you are ready to receive. From there we move into ujjayi breathwork to regulate your nervous system. Adjunct to breathwork we will do movement and stretches to move the energy that no longer serves you. The crystal sound bowls finalize the release. We conclude the tapping into your energy by calling yourself back. (meditation)

We flow into gentle practices to soften into receptivity and awareness of our energy. Finally, we move into kundalini inspired movement expression to ignite the feminine.

We close with integration, reflection, and optional sharing to ground your experience and support your nervous system settling before re-entering daily life.

What Sets Us Apart

These practices come from lived experience. After a successful career in science and industry, years of chronic stress and burnout took a significant and irreversible toll on my health and well-being. This led me to seek more sustainable ways to support resilience and regain some balance.

Looking back, I wish I had access to the tools I now share— breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound healing and Reiki. They may have helped me navigate stress with greater awareness and support. Today, I share these practices through workshops and experiences designed to help others reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a more purposeful sense of well-being.
